Service Suspension

The company reserves rights to suspend or terminate accounts breaching terms, and to change or discontinue services without notice for maintenance or upgrades.

Limitation of Liability

The company disclaims responsibility for service disruptions, third-party provider issues, and delays in message delivery owing to outside influences.

Governing Law

These terms fall under US and UAE laws with disputes addressed in relevant local courts.

Revisions to Terms

The company reserves modification rights, with continued service use signifying acceptance of changes.
